INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
AUTHORSHIP
A manuscript will be considered for the publication based on the below understanding:
1. All named authors should agree to its submission
2. It is not currently being considered for the publication by another journal
3. If the paper is accepted, it will not be subsequently published in the same or similar form in any language without the consent of publishers Any changes to the author list after submission, viz., a change in the order of the authors, deletion or addition of the authors needs to be approved by a signed letter from each author.
MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION
Manuscript should be prepared confirming to accepted standards of international journals. Take care of following points while preparing the manuscript.
❐ Manuscripts written in English only, typed 1.5-spaced on only one side of the paper may be submitted in duplicate along with the soft copy created in MSWORD ia mail(must, Don’t send CD).
❐ The first page of manuscript should contain (i) the title; (ii) the name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) of the author(s) ; (iii) An abstract of not less than 150 words and not exceeding 300 words; (iv) Keywords and (v) a footnote giving the name (name and email) of all author(s).
❐ Papers should be arranged in sections as follows:

❐ Covering letter: The corresponding author should mention the undertaking that if any animal studies carried was in accordance with their country or institutional ethical committee and also state that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere or even under consideration for publication.
❐ Footnotes should not be used unless absolutely necessary.
❐ Abbreviations should be spelt out when first used in the text. The international system of units and standard abbreviations should be used.
❐ Figures should be clear and created in Word. If created in other software then, original files of figures and that software should also be included .
❐ Figures and tables are to be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals, and each one be given a descriptive legend.
❐ References should be numbered and written in alphabetical order of the last name (surname) of an author. Works of the same author should be arranged in the increasing order of the publication date. All references should quote the complete titles of journals and books. In the text, references should be cited by the reference number placed within square brackets. References should be styled and punctuated as
following example,
[1] Johnson S.M. [2004], “Optimal two & three stage production schedule with setup times included”, Reflections des ERA Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Vol.1 pp 61-68.
Note: Figures and tables should be included at appropriate place in the manuscript.
Chemical Terminology: The chemical nomenclature used must be in accordance with that used in the Chemical Abstracts.
Biological Nomenclature: Names of plants, animals and bacteria should be in italics.
Enzyme Nomenclature: The trivial names recommended by the IUPAC-IUB Commission should be used. When the enzyme is the main subject of a paper, its code number and systematic name should be stated in its first citation in the paper.
Symbols and Abbreviations: Use only standard abbreviations. The use of non-standard abbreviations can be extremely confusing to readers. Avoid abbreviations in the title. The full term for which an abbreviation stands should precede its first use in the text unless it is a standard unit of measurement.
PAPER EDITING
The Managing Editor-RdE reserves the right to make changes whether Stylistic and/or grammatical and delete and rewrite sentences and Paragraphs of the paper as deemed necessary. ME-RdE reserves the right to change submission guidelines.
REVIEW PROCESS
The editors will strive to provide a prompt turnaround time between submission and publication. To expedite
the reviewing process, authors are encouraged to suggest (up to five) names of potential reviewers. Please enclose their names, addresses, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses. The editors are, however, under no obligation to seek opinions from suggested referees.
PUBLICATION ETHICS
Authors publishing results from in vivo experiments involving animals or humans should state whether due permission for conduction of these experiments was obtained, from the relevant ethics committees, in the Materials and Methods section. In addition, authors wishing to publish research work involving human studies should also send a notary verified letter of approval from the Ethics Committee or the Institutional Review Board.
